WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? 

All orders will be delivered via USPS standard or UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.

  • Why is shipping so much more after $200? Because under $200 works are prints or works on paper, which are much lighter to ship! 
  • Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost. 
  • We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping. 
  • Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us at makiko@makikoharrisart.com with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to. 


WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

  • We want you to be happy with your order. If a piece isn't working for you, you may return it for a store credit within 30 days of receipt. No refunds are available.
  • If you would like to initiate a return within the 30 day window, contact makiko@makikoharrisart.com for shipping address and instructions.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, including appropriately packaging the work for safe transit.
  • You will receive your store credit via email once we have successfully received the return package and confirm there is no damage to the artwork.
  • We do our utmost to ensure that your artwork is packaged carefully and arrives safely at the destination. However, should damage occur during shipping please contact makiko@makikoharrisart.com as soon as possible.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

Please contact makiko@makikoharrisart.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Once it is shipped the order is not cancelable, but it is still eligible for a return for store credit (see above).


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?  

Your store credit will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email with your store credit information.
