All orders within the U.S. ship for free, and will be delivered via USPS Standard, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested.
International shipping will be charged at cost (even if you are not charged in checkout, you may receive an invoice later). We are also not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping and processing can take 2-3 weeks - if you have a deadline, let me know by adding a note in checkout or emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
I want you to be happy with your order! If a piece isn't working for you, you may return it for store credit within 30 days of receipt. No refunds are available, no exceptions.
If you would like to initiate a return within the 30 day window, contact email@example.com for shipping address and instructions.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, including appropriately packaging the work for safe transit.
You will receive your store credit via email once I have successfully received the return package and confirm there is no damage to the artwork.
I work hard to ensure that your artwork is packaged carefully and arrives safely at the destination. However, should damage occur during shipping please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact email@example.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Once it is shipped the order is not cancelable, but it is still eligible for a return for store credit (see above).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Your store credit will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email with your store credit information.
